Ingredients:
– 1/4 cup Crunchy Hazelnut Spread
– 2 tbsp raw honey (or maple syrup )
– 1/2 cup A2 paneer
– 2 tbsp chia seeds
– 2 tbsp plant-based protein powder
– 1 cup almond milk
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– A pinch of salt
– 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
– 2 tbsp sliced almonds
Method:
- In a bowl, mix chia seeds with 1/4 cup almond milk. Let sit for 10-15 minutes or till chia seeds swell.
- In a blender, combine hazelnut spread, raw honey, A2 paneer, protein powder, remaining almond milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Add chia gel to the blender and blend again.
- Transfer to bowls, refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
- Top with pumpkin seeds and sliced almonds.
