Ingredients:

2 cups almond milk
1 tbsp nut butter

Toppings:

2 tsp pumpkin seeds
2 tsp soaked chia seeds
1 ripe banana, chopped
1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
½ tbsp raw and unpasteurized honey (optional)

Method: 

  1. Combine almond milk, nut butter, and raw honey ( optional) in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour the smoothie into 2 glasses.
  3. Garnish with pumpkin seeds, soaked chia seeds, chopped banana, and mixed berries.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
