Ingredients:
2 cups Makhana (fox nuts)
1 tbsp A2 ghee
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
½ tsp roasted cumin powder
Method:
- Heat the A2 ghee in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the Makhana and gently roast them until they become crispy. Stir continuously to prevent burning.
- Once they start turning crisp, sprinkle turmeric powder, black pepper, salt, and roasted cumin powder evenly over the Makhana. Mix well for a minute.
- Turn off the heat and let the Makhana cool down.
- Once cooled, store in an airtight container.
