A flavourful blend of various spices and a unique black tea. This chai celebrates the Indian ritual of tea drinking. Its healing properties and rich notes make for a great winter tea. Its fragrance is reminiscent of the small bylanes of Indian spice markets. This loose-leaf tea can be re-brewed at least twice, making a total of about 50 cups. You may also replace the recipe with part water and part milk and some sugar to prepare a traditional Chai Tea, of course, accentuated with whole Rose Petals. Teas are seasonal produce and thus flavors keep changing, and that’s good!
