*How to use: *
1. DIFFUSE - Add few drops in a diffuser or humidifier to witness relaxation, mood enhancement and to clear indoor pollutants.
2. STEAM INHALATION - Add a drop in a warm water basin, cover your head with a towel and take in inhalation.
3. MASSAGE/ APPLICATION – Mix 30 - 40 drops of Essential Oil in 50 ml of a base or carrier oil
4. FOOT/ BATH SOAK – Add a few drops in your bath water or to dip your feet.
