Take 5 cups of boiling water with salt and a few drops of oil, add the pasta to the boiling water for 5 to 8 mins, and strain in a sieve. Wash with cold water.
In a separate pan, heat oil and saute with vegetables and spices of your choice for 2-3m mins; add salt, sauces, and the tastemaker. Now add the boiled pasta and stir lightly. If thick, add some pasta water. Grate some cheese over it. Serve hot.
