YCL Tip
Coconut sugar is a natural sweetener with a lower glycemic index than refined sugar, making it an excellent choice for managing blood sugar levels. Additionally, almond flour offers a good dose of healthy fats and protein, promoting satiety and steady energy levels. These ingredients align with traditional dietary wisdom while catering to modern health needs.
Additional Information
- Why A2 Milk? A2 milk is easier to digest making it a great option for those looking to avoid heavily processed milk products.
